כָל־אַנְשֵֽׁי־יְהוּדָה

khal־ʾan'shei־y'hu·dah

vay·yiq·qav'tsu khal־ʾan'shei־y'hu·dah vu·vin'ya·min y'ru·sha·laim

And they gathered together, all the people of Judah and Benjamin, to Jerusalem
